Erin is wonderful! She is so down to earth and willing to work with any nutrition obstacles that you may bring to her. If I could give 6 stars, I would! I am so thankful I stumbled upon Erin's contact info when I googled "nutritionists near me." My health insurance plan offers 6 free nutritional counseling sessions a year, so the best part is, her sessions are completely free for me, and may be for you too! She has changed the way I view food and my body. She has taught me how to incorporate realistic, healthy eating habits into my daily life that have allowed me to lose weight and all around feel better. Erin is extremely knowledgeable and utilizes apps like EatLove and Healthie to keep connected with her clients in between sessions, offering easy recipe suggestions and feedback on a timely basis. I often email asking for suggestions on things like the best bar, yogurt, salad dressing, wrap, etc. out there right now and she always has the answer on hand, or will do the research to get it. I would highly recommend Erin if you are looking to make some healthy lifestyle changes, learn more about nutrition or lose weight. She is encouraging, knowledgeable, flexible and all around great to work with!
